Dear blog followers, you'll see Jack posted on the blog today. . .unfortunately, only the last paragraph was captured and I knew he typed at least four! So, we'll ask Jack for an encore tomorrow.
We had a wonderful day to be sure, visiting the place where Jesus shares the beatitudes, the town of Capernaum where Jesus did most of his teaching and where Peter had his home. We visited the site of the miracle of the multiplication, feeding hundreds with just 2 fish and 5 loaves to begin with. We took a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, whose turbulent waters Jesus calmed to allay the fears of his disciples. We started the day at the historical site of Bet She'an, where civilization upon civilization built upon the predecessor's ruins. We hope to share pictures soon.
Off to Nazareth tomorrow!
